There comes a point on the path where what you most need is not more teaching, it is to be truly seen and witnessed.

Spiritual Advising is a private, 1:1 container held in the space between knowing and becoming. It is not coaching in the traditional sense. It is closer to spiritual direction, a regular, sacred meeting with shared language, a lineage, and a reverence for the inner life.

In our sessions, we make space for what is rising inside of you, your environment, and the collective. Bring the the shadow material that doesn’t fit neatly into group work, the questions that feel too tender, too strange, or too unformed to bring anywhere else, and the parts of you that are asking to be witnessed before they are worked out.

This is not about "fixing", but rather sitting in it and being witnessed. I bring the discernment, spiritual literacy, and a steady, unconditional presence to whatever is alive.

  • Voice and text support between sessions for what arises in the in-between

  • Reflection prompts and journaling invitations to deepen the inner work between our meetings

  • Ceremonial touchpoints at the opening and closing of the container to mark and honour your threshold
